Safety
Safety is our primary focus. Our Safety record is paying dividends with each reduction in our E.M.R. as well as lower insurance costs which are passed on to our customers.
XL has a comprehensive safety program that addresses hazardous material, confined space, hot work, fall protection, and lock out/tag out policies and procedures. We also maintain a DOT approved drug testing program. All employees are required to actively participate in the random drug testing program. Additionally all new employees are subject to new hire drug testing. Subcontractors are only approved if they meet or exceed our safety criteria. Adherence to these policies insures that our customers mainain a safe and educated work force equal to that of XL’s own personnel. Our goal is to provide a safe and productive work site at all times.
XL has the knowledge and experience required to upgrade, repair and replace piping that has been in extremely flammable, explosive or toxic service. We are skilled at working in environments that require the most extreme caution and attention to safety.
