Training
All XL Craftsman are required to complete an assessment test to verify their skill level prior to being hired. Skill deficiencies are identified and the appropriate training is conducted.
Our training encompasses a broad spectrum of skills and is tailored for performing work within the oil and petrochemical industry. All of our craftsman are trained in areas such as personal protective equipment, lock-out/tag-out, confined space entry, fall protection and more. Training records are maintained and updated in our training data base. All equipment operators are certified on each specific piece of equipment by a competent person.
